NEW HOPE

Stroll or bike along the tree shaded Canal Towpath on the banks of the Delaware River in Historic New Hope. Explore the old town art galleries, boutiques, craft shops and antique stores. Dine at a local restaurant or Inn. Stop by the New Hope Information Center at South Main and Mechanic Streets for more information.
Tour the Parry Mansion Museum and the Friends of the Delaware Canal Lock Tenders House.
Climb aboard a railroad coach on the New Hope & Ivyland Railroad through Bucks County on a vintage steam engine. Go for a scenic canal ride on a mule drawn barge or cuddle in the back seat of a romantic Horse Drawn Carriage.
Evening brings live music in the restaurants and sidewalk café's and a Ghost Tour of the historic area. Enjoy a riverfront theatre performance at the Bucks County Playhouse.
Stop by an eighteenth century style village at Peddler's Village in Lahaska, tour the landscaped gardens and take a whirl with your honey on a restored 1922 Grand Carousel. Stay for dinner and the Murder Mystery Theater.

DOYLESTOWN and UPPER BUCKS CO.

Take a walking tour of "Lawyers Row" and the Doylestown downtown Victorian and Federal style buildings. See the Medieval-style castle at the Fonthill Museum and The Mercer Museum, a seven-story castle. Take a self-guided tour of the Moravian Pottery and Tile Works, a working history museum.
See antiques and collectibles at the Pearl S. Buck House in an 1835 farmhouse in Perkasie.
Take a Scenic Driving Tour of tranquil villages on State Route 32 along the Pennsylvania Canal and Delaware River north of New Hope. See the Historic landmarks in Erwinna, Point Pleasant and Lumberville. Stop to take a walk or bike on the towpath. Paddle on the Delaware River in a canoe or kayak.

WASHINGTON CROSSING

Visit the site of General George Washington's crossing of the Delaware River during the American Revolution. See the historic village, Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve and the Thompson-Neeley House of Decision at Washington Crossing Historic Park. On a clear day climb Bowman's Tower for a scenic view of the valley.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY

See the Georgian-craftsman style buildings in the small 18th century Borough of Langhorne, the 300 year old village of Fallsington, the Mansions Along the Delaware and Pennsbury Manor William Penn's English manor house and estate in Morrisville.
